Annual General Meeting

This will be held at the Three Horse Shoes pub on the Reading Road, Henley (RG9 1DN) – on Wednesday 19th October at 7.30pm

All members are more than welcome to attend. The committee is happy to receive comments and suggestions at any time throughout the year, but this is your main chance to raise any issues or ask any questions – or to put yourself forward if you would like to participate in the running of the club.

We do hope to see as many of you there as possible – but if you are unable to make it and would like a point discussed, then please send it to a committee member in advance and we will be happy to make room for it on the agenda.

And if you would like to stand for any position in the club, please could you let the acting club secretary, Duncan Nightingale (littlegogs@hotmail.com 0789 973 1219), know seven days before the AGM. A list of the current club officers can be seen here.
